Why I created this program
The world today needs resilient, emotionally intelligent, inclusive, and dynamic leaders now more than ever—especially Asian women, whose voices and leadership have historically been overlooked, misunderstood, or underestimated.
Asian women make up only 2.7% of executives in Fortune 500 companies,
despite being one of the most educated demographics (Ascend Foundation)
Traditional leadership development programs were not designed with us in mind. They often focus on outdated, Western-centric models of authority—overlooking the unique strengths, challenges, and cultural dynamics that shape our leadership experiences, not only at work, but also within our communities and families.
What if leadership wasn’t about fitting into a mold or being perfect—but about owning your voice, embracing your authenticity, and leading in a way that honors who YOU truly are?
This program was created to equip you with the practical tools, resilient mindset, and dynamic skills to step into your next era of evolution—with self-empowerment, interpersonal dynamics skills and communication mastery, emotional intelligence and self-awareness, and powerful public speaking skills that create real, lasting change.
Who this program is for
You don’t need a leadership title to be a leader— true leadership is about courage, authenticity, and the commitment to growth.
If you’ve ever struggled with speaking up in rooms where you’re the only Asian woman, battling self-doubt and imposter syndrome, or feeling the pressure to prove yourself—this program will help you lead with confidence, on your own terms.
This program is for Asian women who are:

✅ Community leaders and educators
✅ Corporate professionals, managers, and team leads

This program is designed for Asian women who want to lead unapologetically—without feeling the need to shrink, code-switch, or over-explain their worth.
What sets this program apart?
Many leadership programs focus on outdated models of authority—rigid, traditional, and lacking emotional depth. Leaders of Impact is different. This program integrates modern leadership essentials with hands-on training in:
1️⃣ Public Speaking & Presentation Mastery
Your leadership is only as effective as your ability to communicate powerfully. Many Asian women have been conditioned to stay quiet, be “humble,” and not take up space. It’s time to rewrite that narrative.
As a Dr. Eric Thomas Certified Speaker (awarded Top 3 of my cohort) and professional Motivational Keynote Speaker with 10 years of experience speaking to audiences of hundreds and thousands, I will teach you how to:
✔️ Develop your own delivery style that commands attention
✔️ Speak with confidence, clarity, intention, and presence—in boardrooms, on panels, or on stage
✔️ Tell your story in a compelling way that connect and inspire
✔️ Overcome fear of judgment, “not being good enough,” or “not knowing enough”
✔️ Master stage presence and own any room—without second-guessing yourself
✔️ Be a professional speaker, and execute on-stage time management, navigating Q&As, even negotiations and contracts
💡 Why this matters: Whether you’re leading a team, pitching to investors, or hosting workshops/events, your ability to communicate will open doors and leave an impact that no perfect LinkedIn post ever could.
2️⃣ Emotional Intelligence & Interpersonal Dynamics
Many of us grew up in cultures that prioritized harmony over confrontation, respect over self-advocacy. But as a leader, navigating relationships, feedback, and difficult conversations is essential.
✔️ Develop emotional intelligence to build trust and influence
✔️ Learn how to set boundaries and advocate for yourself
✔️ Navigate difficult conversations with direct and kindness (no guilt or over-apologizing)
✔️ Overcome the fear of “disappointing others” or being “too much”
✔️ Build a resilient mindset to handle setbacks, rejection, and challenges
💡 Why this matters: The most impactful leaders aren’t just bold—they’re emotionally intelligent. They know how to connect, communicate, and lead with both strength and compassion.
3️⃣ Curriculum & Learning Design for Inclusive Leadership
A dynamic leader knows how to educate, engage, and empower diverse audiences. This program will teach you how to design high-impact learning experiences that account for:
✔️ Neurodivergence & different learning styles (visual, auditory, experiential)
✔️ Cultural & financial backgrounds
✔️ Queer & disability inclusion
✔️ Accessibility & verbal/non-verbal engagement strategies
✔️ Grief & Bereavement
💡 Why this matters: Leaders who embrace inclusivity don’t fear DEI nor the real human experience—they embrace it, and create stronger, more impactful communities.
4️⃣ Navigating Cultural Expectations & Leadership Barriers
As Asian women, we often juggle multiple cultural narratives:
At work – We’re expected to be assertive, but not “too aggressive.”
At home – We’re taught to put family first, but also to chase success.
In leadership – We’re often the only ones in the room, feeling unseen or unheard.
This program will help you:
✔️ Unpack and reframe limiting beliefs around leadership & success
✔️ Dismantle internalized perfectionism and the pressure to overwork
✔️ Challenge cultural narratives that keep you playing small
✔️ Embrace self-advocacy without guilt or fear of “rocking the boat”
✔️ Step into your power—without waiting for permission
💡 Why this matters: Leadership isn’t just about skill—it’s about shedding the cultural conditioning that tells us we’re “not enough.” You are enough. You are ready.

I’ve wrestled with being unseen, unheard, and held back.
